1. No Refund Policy Statement

This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Policy," "Refund Policy," or "this Policy") sets forth the terms and conditions governing refunds, returns, and cancellations for all purchases made through AI Side Hustle Blueprint, including its website located at aisidehustle.com and any associated services, platforms, courses, and digital products (collectively, the "Services"). ALL SALES OF AI SIDE HUSTLE BLUEPRINT COURSES, DIGITAL PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY PURCHASES, EXCEPT IN THE EXTREMELY LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN SECTION 4 OF THIS POLICY.

By completing a purchase through our Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this Refund Policy. You further acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to digital content that is made available to you immediately upon completion of your purchase, and that you are expressly waiving any right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund that may otherwise be available under applicable law to the fullest extent permitted by such law.

2. Rationale for No Refund Policy

This immediate access makes it impossible to verify that a refund request is not an attempt to fraudulently obtain access to our valuable content without payment. The knowledge, strategies, techniques, and information contained in our courses become available to you immediately, and this transfer of intellectual property cannot be reversed.

Furthermore, the development and maintenance of our course content requires significant investment of time, resources, expertise, and intellectual effort. 4. Limited Exceptions to No Refund Policy

While our general policy is that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider exceptions to this policy in the following extremely limited circumstances:

Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same course or product twice due to a technical error, payment processing issue, or user error, you may contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of the duplicate purchase with documentation and proof of both transactions. We will review your request and, if we determine in our sole discretion that a genuine duplicate purchase occurred, we may provide a refund for the duplicate purchase only. You must provide clear evidence of both transactions, including transaction IDs, payment confirmations, and any other documentation we may request.

Verified Technical Access Issues: If you experience technical issues that completely prevent you from accessing any course content whatsoever, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within fourteen (14) business days despite good faith efforts, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion. To qualify for consideration under this exception, you must: (a) contact our support team within seven (7) days of your purchase to report the technical issue; (b) provide detailed information about the nature of the technical problem, including screenshots, error messages, and system information; (c) cooperate fully with our technical support team's reasonable troubleshooting requests and instructions; and (d) demonstrate that the technical issue is not caused by your own equipment, internet connection, browser settings, or failure to meet the stated technical requirements for accessing our content. This exception does not apply to temporary service interruptions, maintenance periods, or issues that affect only some features while other content remains accessible.

Billing Errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error or billing mistake on our part, please contact us immediately with documentation of the discrepancy. We will investigate the matter and, if we verify that a billing error occurred, we will either refund the overcharged amount or correct the billing issue as appropriate.

5. Circumstances NOT Eligible for Refund

To be absolutely clear, we will NOT provide refunds under any of the following circumstances, regardless of the reason or timing of the request:

Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or deciding you no longer want or need the product after purchase. Dissatisfaction with the content, quality, teaching style, presentation, or organization of course materials. Failure to achieve your desired results, income levels, or financial outcomes from implementing the strategies, techniques, or information taught in our courses. Lack of time, motivation, or ability to complete the course content or apply what you learn. Determining after purchase that the course is not suitable for your specific needs, skill level, or learning style. Finding similar or comparable content available elsewhere, whether free or paid. Any change in your personal, professional, or financial circumstances that affects your ability or desire to use the course. Disagreement with the content, opinions, recommendations, or approaches presented in the course. Technical issues that are resolved or that do not completely prevent access to all content. Failure to read or understand the course description, curriculum, requirements, or this Refund Policy before purchasing. Any other reason not explicitly listed as an exception in Section 4 of this Policy.

We make every effort to provide accurate, complete, and helpful descriptions of our courses and products. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review all available information and have made an informed decision to proceed with the purchase.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@aisidehustle.com to discuss any concerns or issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider. We are committed to addressing legitimate concerns and working with you to find a reasonable resolution.

If you file a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or any other payment provider without first contacting us and attempting to resolve the issue directly, we reserve the right to take any or all of the following actions: (a) immediately and permanently terminate your access to all course content and materials without refund; (b) ban you from making future purchases from AI Side Hustle Blueprint; (c) pursue collection of the disputed amount, including any chargeback fees, administrative costs, and collection costs we incur; (d) report the incident to fraud prevention services and industry databases; (e) report fraudulent chargebacks to appropriate law enforcement authorities; and (f) pursue any other legal remedies available to us under applicable law.

Filing a chargeback for a legitimate purchase that you received and had access to constitutes fraud and theft of services. We will vigorously dispute all illegitimate chargebacks and provide evidence to payment processors and financial institutions demonstrating that you received access to the purchased content.

7. Requesting Consideration for Exception

If you believe your situation falls within one of the limited exceptions described in Section 4 of this Policy, you may submit a request for consideration by emailing support@aisidehustle.com. Your request must include: (a) your full name and email address associated with your account; (b) the date of your purchase and order/transaction number; (c) a detailed explanation of the circumstances and the specific exception category you believe applies; (d) any supporting documentation, including screenshots, error messages, transaction records, or other relevant evidence; and (e) any other information we may reasonably request to evaluate your claim.

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The decision to grant or deny any exception request is at our sole and absolute discretion, and our decision shall be final and binding. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be provided, and the majority of requests will not qualify for exceptions under this Policy.

8. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By completing a purchase through our Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following: (a) you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Refund Policy; (b) you understand that all sales are final and that you are not entitled to a refund except in the extremely limited circumstances described in Section 4 of this Policy; (c) you have had the opportunity to review all available information about the course or product before making your purchase decision; (d) you are purchasing access to digital content that is made available to you immediately upon completion of your purchase; (e) you expressly waive any right of withdrawal, cancellation, cooling-off period, or refund that may otherwise be available under applicable consumer protection laws to the fullest extent permitted by such laws; and (f) you will not file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and attempting to resolve any issue directly.

This Refund Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control unless this Refund Policy specifically addresses the matter in question.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, update, or replace this Refund Policy at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you.
